These terms govern your use of Clipart Prep Studio. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Clipart Prep Studio processes images you upload — removing backgrounds, upscaling, exporting at 300 DPI, and renaming — for use in your own digital products.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images you upload and the results you download. We claim no ownership of your work and do not use it to train any model. You’re responsible for having the rights to the images you process, and for not uploading unlawful or infringing content.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly via Stripe and include a set number of images per month.
• Your monthly allowance is a cap — when you reach it, processing pauses until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade. There are no surprise per-image charges.
• You can change or cancel your plan anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Applicable taxes (e.g. GST/VAT) may be added at checkout.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don’t use it for unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running and producing great results, but to the extent permitted by law we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that can’t be limited under applicable law.
