Clipart Prep Studio (“we”, “us”) helps you prepare AI-generated images for sale. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to clipartprepstudio.com and the Clipart Prep Studio app.

Who we are

Clipart Prep Studio is operated by Elizabeth Peck (ABN 79 910 280 658), based in Queensland, Australia. For any privacy question, contact us at liz@itslizpeck.com.

What we collect

• Account details - your email and login, handled by our auth provider (Clerk).
• Billing details - your subscription and payment status, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Images you upload - the files you process, stored only briefly (see “How long we keep your images”).
• Usage data - how many images you’ve processed, for plan limits and billing.
• Cookies - for login sessions, for advertising and analytics (the Meta Pixel, so we can measure and improve our ads), and, if you arrived via an affiliate, referral attribution.

How we use it

To provide the service (processing your images), manage your subscription, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and support you. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep your images

Your privacy comes first. Original uploads are deleted as soon as the processed result is created. Processed files are automatically deleted from our servers within 4 hours, or immediately when you click “Done - delete”. We do not use your images to train any model.

Service providers (sub-processors)

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted providers:

• Clerk - authentication (your email, login).
• Stripe - payments and subscriptions.
• Cloudflare R2 - temporary image storage.
• Photoroom - runs the background removal on your images.
• Replicate - runs the AI upscaling on your images.
• Neon - our database (your account, subscription, and usage records).
• Airtable - our internal record of subscribers (email, plan, status) for support and accounting.
• Rewardful - affiliate referral tracking (only if you arrived via an affiliate link).
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure and improve our advertising. It never receives your uploaded images.

Where your data is stored

Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia (for example in the United States or Europe). By using the service you consent to your information being transferred and handled overseas. We only work with reputable providers that offer strong security protections.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data - encrypted connections, access controls, and deliberately short image retention. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

Children

Clipart Prep Studio is intended for adults running a business or side project. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account and data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live (e.g. the Australian Privacy Act, or UK/EU GDPR), you may have additional rights.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you.
